This is a little out of order....
On May 16th our 8th little grand baby was born! Lexie called us at about 4:15 am.
When the phone rang, we knew exactly who it was! She was in labor and things moved really quickly.
We stayed on Skype with her most of the time. It was definitely the next best thing to being there!
Right at the very end, something happened to our computer and we got cut off! She was
just in the process of pushing! I was so scared we were going to miss it, but miraculously, we were able to get her back on right as the baby came out! We were so happy our little Kael was here safe and sound! Lexie is a baby machine! Dr. Thompson said she should have a dozen kids! She makes it look soooo easy! Two little pushes, and the baby was here! Kael weighed 6 lbs 3 oz.....he didn't look anything like his brother, Ty. He has his own little look and he's darling! We were so excited to get home to see him, hold him, kiss him, and smell him!!! We have been so blessed to have three healthy babies born while we have been gone.
