Swiss Days 5K had become a tradition in our family. It gets more and more competitive every year...which makes it more fun! I mean competitive between family and friends....and of course Lonne is the most competitive of all! We all improved on our times this year, except for Dave, who was a good sport and stayed back with Cam. It was Cam's first year running it, and he loved it! Cam took second in his age group and he was so PROUD! It was alot of fun...makes me want to run a little more....
or.... maybe not.
