We've been working at the Temple Visitor's Center at least once a week lately...
and sometimes two or three times a week!
The Visitor's Center Directors are stuck in the USA and can't get visa into New Zealand!
So....they are very short handed and need our help!
We drive two hours to Hamilton and work all day every Tuesday.
Our favorite sister in the whole world!
Sister Frost..she is being transferred this week :(
She lives in Utah, so we hope to see her again in a few months!
She is such a GOOD missionary!
We met these lovely people last week...
The mother is from Hastings and is not a member.
She was waiting for her daughter and husband to come out of the temple.
We had a wonderful talk with her while she waited....
I wish Hastings was in our mission!!!
She said she would love a "COUPLE" to teach her!
She has had several young elders...but for some reason she hasn't been baptized yet.
I hope we said something that will help her come closer to taking that next step!
Elder TePuki has been on sick leave from his mission in Australia.
He lives near the temple in Temple View, so he has been filling in at the VC with us.
He finally got the "green light" to go back to Sydney! We will probably never see him again!
It was fun to work with him! We will miss him at the Temple Visitor's Center!
The TeHuri Family from Gisborne came to see us while we were working at the VC...
It was so fun to have some of our Gisborne friends drop in to see us during their temple week!
And More Visitors!
The Condie's dropped in to see us on our Pday! They have been touring the country for over a week now. Steve served his mission here 35 years ago! He baptized one of our dear friends from Gisborne!
That man is now in the stake presidency! He actually baptized the whole Aben family, which started a whole legacy of members of the church! It's amazing what one baptism can do!
We had bad weather the day Steve and Lauri were here, but we made the best of it..

The water wasn't nearly as blue this time, because the sun wasn't shining!
We were soaked when we got back to the apartment!
It was great to have the Condie's stay the night with us! Can't wait to hear
how the rest of their trip is going!
We've just had way too much fun this week!
We have been looking forward to this week for soooo long!
Now we have lots of missionary work to do!
