Visiting...Teaching...Repeat

Some one asked us what it's like to be senior couple/proselyting missionaries...

Well, it's kind of like being a visiting teacher-home teacher 24/7.

It's kind of ironic, since we were both terrible at visiting teaching and home teaching at home!

Well, actually, Lonne got really good at home teaching after he was the Elders Quorum President. 

He finally saw the importance of it! I think we will be a lot better at that kind of stuff 

when we get home.  We're getting lots of practice!

Below is a picture of me with Marama.  She is the non-member wife of a man in our ward.

She has a son on a mission, one who just got home, and one who just got baptized.

We visit Marama a couple times a month.  She lives in a town just south of Gisborne.

Tania is set for baptism on December 10th.

We are so excited about it.  She is a sweet heart:)

 We visit people in the hospital quite often.

A lady in our ward had a baby, so we took her a gift and visited her in the hospital.

I love holding the new babies....

since I can't hold my own new grand babies, 

I'll just have to borrow these babies over here in NZ!  

It isn't really working...I am so homesick for my babies!  :(

Daleann's baby just got home from the hospital last week.

She was 2 months pre-mature...

she is doing great and growing like a weed:)

We are hoping to baptize Daleann soon. 

We've been teaching her for a few months now....

For the record...take a look at those white legs!

They are whiter than they have EVER been!

I bet my girl friends are loving it!

Get out the tanning oil girls...Hawaii in 8 months!! :)
